# What we collect. Why. Nothing more.

## Who we are

This site, www.growaxis.net, belongs to GrowAxis, a Commercial Growth Partner with offices in Uxbridge, United Kingdom, and Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your data, email [contact@growaxis.net](mailto:contact@growaxis.net).

## The growth assessment form

When you ask for a free growth assessment, we receive:

- your name, work email, company and, if you give it, your website;
- what is holding growth back and your team size, as you choose them;
- the page you sent the form from, the first page of your visit, the site that sent you (its name only) and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

We use it only to reply and arrange your assessment. It reaches our team by email, sent through Resend, our email delivery provider. Separately, we keep where requests come from, with the challenge and team size but no name, email or company, to see which pages and sources bring requests.

## Visit statistics, without cookies

For each page you view, we count the page, and on the first page of a visit the site that sent you (its name only) and any campaign tags. We also note the AI assistant that sent you if there was one, your country as our host reports it, and whether you use a phone or a computer.

We don’t store your IP address, use cookies, fingerprint your browser or build a profile of you. Your browser keeps a short note of the first page of your visit in session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don’t count your visit at all.

## The founder survey

If you answer our [founder survey](https://www.growaxis.net/survey), we keep your answers and your country, and your email only if you give it to receive the results. We publish combined results only, never one person’s or one company’s answers.

## Where it is kept

The site, the visit statistics and the survey answers are hosted by Cloudflare; the statistics and survey store is in Western Europe. Form emails are delivered by Resend and kept in our company email.

## How long, and your rights

We keep form details only as long as we need them to work with you, and survey emails until the results are sent. You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing contact@growaxis.net.
