A national priority Egypt’s offshoring strategy for 2022 to 2026 names corporate services and contact centres among its seven target segments. Business graduates 234,100 of Egypt’s 743,100 higher-education graduates in 2024 studied business, administration and law: 31.5% (CAPMAS). Working from home Labour Law 14 of 2025 recognises remote work, with the same rights as office work, social protection and the minimum wage included (Articles 96 and 97). Hours Up to 8 hours a day and 48 a week (Article 117). Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam and two hours ahead of London for most of 2026. Handing the work behind your sales and service, such as orders, documents, data entry, finance support and reports, to an outside team that runs it in your systems. - ### What back office work can run from Egypt? Most work done on a screen: orders, document checks, data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, reports and admin. Egyptian teams already manage finance and accounting, HR and complex data processing, ITIDA said in August 2026. - ### What does back office outsourcing in Egypt cost? It is costed per role. For reference, at GrowAxis’s 2026 rates a support specialist with fluent English costs about $1,520 a month and a junior data analyst about $1,500, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management. The team works only in the systems and folders you open to it, under logins you control. Egyptian law obliges employees to keep work information confidential (Article 134 of Labour Law 14 of 2025), and disclosing trade secrets that cause substantial harm is listed as serious misconduct for which an employee can be dismissed (Article 148). - ### Do we need a company in Egypt? No. GrowAxis employs the team in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there. - ### Can Saudi companies use it? Each role is checked first. Saudi rules reserve remote customer service jobs at companies in the Kingdom, outsourced ones included, for Saudi nationals, and since 5 April 2026 they reserve 69 administrative support professions at private employers there.
