# A dedicated customer support team. Specialists, helpdesk and AI, set up together.

A support pod is a small dedicated team that runs your customer service inside your helpdesk, with the AI, macros and quality reviews set up. GrowAxis employs the pod in Cairo, in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, and it goes live within 30 days. A French-speaking specialist costs about $2,280 a month, all in, at GrowAxis’s 2026 rates.

[How GrowCX works](https://www.growaxis.net/engines/growcx)

Built for founders who…

- …need support in more languages than you can hire for
- …want a small dedicated team, not a 50-seat contract
- …want AI to answer the routine questions and people the rest

## What comes with a support pod

1. ### Support specialists
Tickets, chat, email and calls in the languages your customers speak, in your brand voice.
2. ### Your helpdesk, set up
Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot or Zoho Desk, with queues, tags and routing.
3. ### AI first, people next
A bot answers routine questions at once and hands the rest to a specialist who speaks the customer’s language.
4. ### Knowledge base and macros
Answers written once and kept current, so every specialist gives the same one.
5. ### Quality reviews
CSAT and conversation reviews every week, with the findings sent to your product team.
6. ### Schedules
Cover planned around your peak hours, holidays and launches.

## Dedicated customer support team: what founders ask first.

- ### What is a customer support pod?
A small dedicated team of support specialists, from one person up, who run your customer service inside your helpdesk, with the AI, macros and quality reviews set up.
- ### How much does a support pod cost?
At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist costs about $1,520 a month for fluent English, $1,910 for German, $2,000 for Spanish and $2,280 for French, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management.
- ### Can you support customers in Saudi Arabia?
Not as remote customer service for a Saudi company: since 1 August 2021, remote customer service jobs at companies operating in the Kingdom, outsourced ones included, are reserved for Saudi nationals (Ministry of Human Resources). For Saudi companies GrowCX installs the helpdesk, the AI and the workflows, and the team in Cairo takes IT, software and data work, which the rule does not cover.
- ### Do we need a company in Egypt?
No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.
- ### Does the pod need GrowCX?
No. It runs on its own in your helpdesk. Inside GrowCX it also gets the customer experience system around it: service design, retention and the reporting that ties support to churn.
