# An outsourced sales team. SDRs, a pod lead and the stack, ready to run.

An outsourced sales team, run as a pod, is a small team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up. GrowAxis employs the pod in Cairo and runs it in your CRM, so the meetings, the data and the learning stay with you.

[How GrowBD works](https://www.growaxis.net/engines/growbd)

Built for founders who…

- …need meetings with the right accounts every week
- …can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough
- …want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one

## What comes with a sales pod

1. ### SDRs
Account research, outreach and calls, booking meetings into your sellers’ calendars.
2. ### A pod lead
Plans the week, reviews every sequence and call list, and reports to you.
3. ### Your CRM, set up
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with the stages and fields a forecast needs.
4. ### Sending set-up
Separate sending domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed, so outreach stays off your main domain.
5. ### Data and research
Account and contact lists built to your customer profile, checked before anyone is contacted.
6. ### Playbooks and reports
Messages, call scripts and objection notes, and a weekly report on replies, meetings and pipeline.

__Three ways to fill a pipeline__
| Aspect | Hiring SDRs yourself | A lead generation agency | A GrowAxis sales pod |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------- | ------------------------ | ------------------------------------ |
| Who the reps work for | You | Many clients at once | Only you |
| CRM, data and domains | You buy and set them up | Usually the agency’s | Set up in your accounts |
| Who manages the work | Your sales manager | The agency | The pod lead, with you |
| What you keep if it ends | Everything | Often only the meetings | The CRM, data, playbooks and domains |

## By market

Saudi Arabia

Arabic and English; 7 to 8 hours shared each day. In Saudi Arabia, direct marketing needs consent where there was no prior interaction, and WhatsApp is the channel almost everyone uses.

The UAE

English and Arabic; 6 to 7 hours shared each day. In the UAE, telemarketing runs only from 9:00 to 18:00 and from UAE-registered numbers, so calls go out from your local lines.

Egypt

Arabic and English; The whole day shared each day. In Egypt, electronic marketing needs prior consent, with no exception for businesses, and a licence since November 2026.

Jordan

Arabic and English; 7 to 8 hours shared each day. In Jordan, the 2023 data protection law needs clear, written consent for marketing.

The Netherlands and Belgium

Dutch, French and English; About 7 hours shared each day. In the Netherlands commercial email needs consent unless the address was published for it; in Belgium named addresses need opt-in.

Germany

German and English; About 7 hours shared each day. In Germany, advertising email needs prior consent even between businesses, and calls need at least presumed consent.

France

French and English; About 7 hours shared each day. In France, B2B email needs no prior consent when it concerns the person’s work and they can object easily.

Canada

English and French; 5 hours on a Cairo afternoon shift shared each day. In Canada, CASL allows B2B email without express consent only to conspicuously published addresses, about the person’s role.

The US

English and Spanish; 5 hours on a Cairo afternoon shift (Eastern) shared each day. In the US, CAN-SPAM allows B2B email with an honest sender, a postal address and an opt-out honoured within 10 business days.

## Your pipeline, run by a pod.

First we agree your customer profile, the offer and the outreach rules of your market, and set up the CRM, the sending domains and the data. The pod then researches, writes and reaches out, the pod lead reviews the results with you every week, and your sellers take the meetings.

1. Discovery call
2. Customer profile and offer agreed
3. Stack set up
4. Outreach live
5. Reviewed every week

## Outsourced sales team: what founders ask first.

- ### What is an outsourced sales team?
A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you.
- ### What is SDR as a service?
Sales development reps provided as a service: the provider hires, trains and manages the SDRs and their tools, and you get the meetings. A GrowAxis pod is SDR as a service run in your own CRM, so the data stays with you.
- ### Which markets do the pods sell into?
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, the Netherlands and Belgium, Germany, France, Canada and the US, each in its own languages and under its own outreach rules.
- ### Who closes the deals?
Your sellers. The pod books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.
- ### Do we need a company in Egypt?
No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.
- ### Does the pod need GrowBD?
No. It runs on its own in your CRM. Inside GrowBD it also gets the full business development system: pipeline design, lead scoring, forecasting and the team that runs it with yours.
