  • A company that legally employs a worker on your behalf in a country where you have no entity. It runs payroll, taxes, benefits and employment contracts; you find the person and manage their work.

  • Not in the usual sense. GrowAxis is the employer of its embedded experts, as an EOR would be, but it also finds them with you, equips them and manages their performance and reporting.
