Clinics in Dubai can hire agencies that work only with healthcare, or full-service agencies with a healthcare practice. Most quote after a consultation. Of those we checked in October 2026, Healthcare Marketing Expert put retainers at AED 5,000 to 30,000+ a month depending on scope, and MediGrow priced clinic websites from AED 3,000. Health advertising in the UAE is regulated and some ads need approval before they run, so ask every agency how it handles that before you compare prices.

Health advertising rules in Dubai
Two bodies set the rules. MOHAP, the federal Ministry of Health and Prevention, licenses health advertisements. The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) sets what DHA-licensed clinics and professionals may post on social media.
MOHAP’s service pages list separate licences for ads by a licensed health facility, on social media, on a website, in a directory, through a call centre and at a health event; check the current fees there before you budget.
DHA’s Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (code DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21, version 1.1, in force since 3 October 2022) apply to all DHA-licensed facilities and professionals. The main rules:
- The clinic’s official account shows the medical advertisement licence number issued by MOHAP.
- The medical director approves any post that names the clinic or its location, whether a doctor, a staff member or an influencer publishes it.
- Words such as unique, the best, the only, safest, exclusive, magic, miraculous, assured success, has no side effects, get money back, 100% and immediate results are not allowed.
- Anyone shown in a post gives documented written consent; for a child under 18, a parent does.
- Before and after photos show the same person, taken with the same lens and not edited, with a statement that results may vary from one person to another and the risks, in the same font size as the post.
- Prices in a post are accurate and state their conditions; time-limited offers that cannot be met are not acceptable.
- Doctors keep their professional and personal accounts separate, and use only the title on their DHA licence.
- No filming or live streaming of a patient in surgery or under general anaesthesia to promote the clinic, and no DHA or government logo without written approval.

FAQ
What does a medical marketing agency in Dubai do?
It markets clinics and healthcare companies within the UAE’s healthcare advertising rules: local SEO and Google Maps for each branch, Google Ads (PPC) for the treatments people search, social media, and patient messages on WhatsApp. Ask how it handles advertising approvals and patient privacy.
Do clinic ads in Dubai need a licence?
Yes. Health advertising in the UAE needs a licence from MOHAP, the federal health ministry. The Dubai Health Authority’s social media standard asks licensed clinics to show that licence number on their official accounts and to have the medical director approve posts that name the clinic.
Can a Dubai clinic post before and after photos?
Yes, within DHA’s rules. The photos show the same person, with the same lens and no editing. The patient gives written consent, and the post states that results may vary from one person to another, with the risks, in the same font size.
Which words are banned in Dubai clinic ads?
DHA’s social media standard rules out absolute or exaggerated claims such as the best, the only, unique, safest, miraculous, assured success, has no side effects, 100% and immediate results.
Can doctors in Dubai market themselves on social media?
Yes, from a professional account kept separate from their personal one, using only the title on their DHA licence. A post that names the clinic or its location needs the medical director’s approval.
How much does healthcare marketing cost in Dubai?
Most agencies quote after a consultation. Healthcare Marketing Expert’s FAQ puts retainers at AED 5,000 to 30,000+ a month, MediGrow lists clinic websites from AED 3,000, and Digital Gravity’s guide gives AED 10,000 to 50,000+ a month for healthcare. Ad budgets are usually paid to the platforms on top.
