Pods · Customer support

A dedicated customer support team. Specialists, helpdesk and AI, set up together.

A support pod is a small dedicated team that runs your customer service inside your helpdesk, with the AI, macros and quality reviews set up. GrowAxis employs the pod in Cairo, in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, and it goes live within 30 days. A French-speaking specialist costs about $2,280 a month, all in, at GrowAxis’s 2026 rates.

05FAQ

Dedicated customer support team: what founders ask first.

  • A small dedicated team of support specialists, from one person up, who run your customer service inside your helpdesk, with the AI, macros and quality reviews set up.

  • At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist costs about $1,520 a month for fluent English, $1,910 for German, $2,000 for Spanish and $2,280 for French, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management.

  • Not as remote customer service for a Saudi company: since 1 August 2021, remote customer service jobs at companies operating in the Kingdom, outsourced ones included, are reserved for Saudi nationals (Ministry of Human Resources). For Saudi companies GrowCX installs the helpdesk, the AI and the workflows, and the team in Cairo takes IT, software and data work, which the rule does not cover.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.

  • No. It runs on its own in your helpdesk. Inside GrowCX it also gets the customer experience system around it: service design, retention and the reporting that ties support to churn.
