AI automation in Egypt is sold by small agencies in Cairo that build workflows on tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier, AI agents that answer on WhatsApp in Arabic and English, and assistants that search a company’s own documents. Most quote after a call, and J. Servo publishes price ranges: most start with a free audit or proof of concept, and at least one charges a one-time set-up fee plus a monthly maintenance fee. Ask which tasks the AI will do on its own and which a person approves.

Agency, software company or freelancer

Three kinds of seller build AI automation for Egyptian companies: freelancers on marketplaces such as Khamsat and Mostaql, agencies, and software companies. The difference that matters most is who keeps the automation running after launch.

  • Freelancer on Khamsat. Khamsat says it takes $1 of every $5 as commission, paid by the seller alone, and passes the buyer’s payment to the seller only after the buyer accepts the delivered work. Its guarantee page says a buyer can get the money back if the service was not fully delivered as described, and that services are guaranteed for 14 days after acceptance.
  • Freelancer on Mostaql. Mostaql’s FAQ says its commission is deducted from the freelancer, the project owner pays a separate fee for the platform’s services, and the minimum project budget is $25.
  • Agency. J. Servo says every project starts with a free technical assessment and fixed-price scoping, runs in milestone-based sprints, and can be followed by ongoing SLA maintenance. Veyrox AI says it charges a one-time set-up fee in EGP plus a monthly maintenance fee.
  • Software company. Some firms build AI into a product rather than connect tools: TrianglZ lists LLM integration and agentic workflows built into existing products, and CairoStack also builds AI web apps and internal tools.
  • Whichever you choose, agree in writing who keeps the logins, who fixes a workflow when a connected tool changes, and where your data is stored.

FAQ

Do AI automation agencies in Egypt publish prices?

Most offer a free first call and quote after scoping. J. Servo publishes ranges on its own site: $3,000 to $8,000 for AI agents and workflows, and $10,000 to $25,000 for ERP modules.

What should I ask an AI automation agency in Egypt?

Which of your tools it will connect, who checks the AI’s work and how, where your data is stored, and what running the automation costs each month after it is built.

What data rules apply to an AI project in Egypt?

Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law 151 of 2020, and its 2025 regulations. Transfers of personal data out of Egypt, cloud services included, need a licence or authorisation, so ask where the AI models run and where your data is stored.

Should I hire a freelancer, an agency or a software company for AI automation in Egypt?

A freelancer suits one small workflow you can describe clearly; an agency suits several workflows that need looking after once live; a software company suits AI built into your own product. On Khamsat the platform takes $1 of every $5 from the seller, and the buyer’s money reaches the seller only after the buyer accepts the work.

How long does an AI automation project take in Egypt?

J. Servo, a Cairo agency, publishes 2 to 4 weeks for AI agents and automated workflows, 6 to 10 weeks for custom ERP modules, and phased roadmaps of 3 to 6 months for wider digital transformation.
