Customer service outsourcing for the UAE and Saudi Arabia (2026)

Customer service outsourcing for the Gulf ranges from contact centres in Dubai and Riyadh to multilingual centres in Jordan and India and specialists embedded in your helpdesk; none of those we checked published a price in October 2026. Who they are and what to ask.

Companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia can outsource customer service to contact centres in Dubai and Riyadh, to regional providers with centres in Jordan, Iraq or India, or to specialists who work inside their own helpdesk from abroad. None of those we checked in October 2026 published a price: most quote a monthly fee after scoping volumes, channels, languages and hours. Ask where the agents sit, which languages they work in, and who owns the customer data. For companies in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources has reserved remote customer service jobs, outsourced ones included, for Saudi nationals since 1 August 2021; IT, software and data work are outside that rule.

Where GrowAxis fits

GrowAxis has an office in Cairo, and its customer experience specialists work from Egypt for companies in the Gulf, Europe and the United States. GrowCX runs the operation, from the helpdesk and AI to the specialists, in your brand voice and your weekly rhythm, in Arabic, English and other languages, and covers the volume or the hours your own team can’t, while GrowAxis employs, equips and manages the team. For Saudi companies, whose remote customer service jobs are reserved for Saudi nationals, GrowCX sets up the helpdesk, the AI and the workflows, and the team in Cairo takes IT, software and data work.
