Agentic AI · Task agents

An AI agent for customer support. It answers, sorts and hands over.

An AI support agent answers the routine questions at once from your own help content, sorts and tags every ticket, and hands anything unclear, sensitive or angry to a person, in the customer’s language and with the conversation so far. Gartner found 87% of customers say a way to reach a person is essential when a company uses AI, and since 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act requires telling customers they are talking to AI.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …have a task that repeats every day and follows rules

  • …want AI to do the work and a person to make the calls

03Facts

AI agent for customer support: what to know first

Customers and people
87% of customers say access to a human agent is essential when a company uses GenAI for service (Gartner survey of 3,566 customers, 2026).
EU AI Act
Since 2 August 2026 people must be told they are interacting with an AI system, at the latest at the first interaction (Article 50); fines reach €15 million or 3% of turnover.
Task agents
Gartner expects 40% of enterprise apps to include task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from under 5% in 2025.
After launch
Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, on cost, unclear value or weak risk controls, and 70% of enterprises to abandon agents a vendor built and they cannot change themselves by 2028.
What agents cost elsewhere
Published 2026 build prices: about $12,000 to $22,000 for a single-tool agent, $28,000 to $52,000 for an agent that reads your documents (RAG), and $60,000 to $120,000 for a system of three to five agents, plus $200 to $5,000 a month to run them.

04How it’s installed

Built, checked and run with your team.

We agree the task, the systems it touches and where a person checks, then build the agent and test it on your real cases. It goes live with a person checking its work, and GrowAxis runs and improves it with you every month. The workflows, prompts and documentation stay yours.

  1. Discovery call
  2. Task and checks agreed
  3. Agent built and tested
  4. Live with a person checking
  5. Reviewed every month

05FAQ

AI agent for customer support: what founders ask first.

  • When the customer asks for one, when the question is outside the help content, when money, health or a complaint is involved, or when the customer is upset. The rules are written with you before launch.

  • In the EU, yes: since 2 August 2026 the AI Act requires it at the latest at the first interaction. It is good practice everywhere else.

  • GrowAxis, with your team. Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027, on cost, unclear value or weak risk controls, and 70% of enterprises to abandon agents a vendor built and they cannot change themselves by 2028. So the agent is reviewed every month, and the workflows, prompts and documentation stay yours.

GrowAxis prices the build and the running after the free growth assessment, from the first task you choose.

  • No. The agent runs on its own. Inside GrowAI it also gets the rest of the AI engine: the company AI brain, the other agents and the monthly review of what they deliver.
