Customer support for SaaS. Run by GrowCX, escalated to your engineers.
SaaS customer support outsourcing means handing the support operation to a team that runs it: the helpdesk and help centre, the AI agent, tier 1 and tier 2 tickets, and the escalation path to your engineers. GrowCX, GrowAxis’s customer experience engine, sets it up or takes over what you have, answers in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, in your product’s voice and to your KPIs, and reports CSAT and NPS every month. It starts with one person and goes live within 30 days.
01Who it’s for
Built for founders who…
…have founders or engineers answering tickets
…sell to customers in more than one language or time zone
…lose trial users who wait too long for an answer
…want bugs to reach engineering written up, not forwarded
02What’s included
What GrowCX runs for a SaaS company
- 01
Tier 1
How-to, account and billing questions and ticket triage, answered from your help centre.
- 02
Tier 2
Troubleshooting, configuration and reproducing reported bugs, with the access you agree.
- 03
Escalation to engineering
Confirmed bugs filed in your issue tracker with steps, logs and the customer’s plan, so engineers do not have to ask again.

AI first, people next
An AI agent answers routine questions from your help centre, says it is AI, and hands the rest to a specialist with the conversation so far.
- 06
Onboarding and churn signals
Trial and new-account questions answered first, and accounts that keep contacting support flagged to your customer success team.
- 07
Quality you can see

SaaS customer support outsourcing: what founders ask first.
When tickets pull founders or engineers away from the product, when users write in more than one language or time zone, or when trial users wait too long for answers. Keep your engineers on tier 3 and let GrowCX run tier 1 and tier 2, with a clear path to them.
Tier 1 and much of tier 2, yes: how-to questions, configuration, account issues and reproducing bugs. Code-level fixes stay with your engineers. GrowCX writes each escalation up with the steps, logs and plan, so engineers can act on it at once.
