WhatsApp customer service. Run end to end by GrowCX.

WhatsApp customer service outsourcing means handing the whole WhatsApp channel to a team that runs it: the number on the WhatsApp Business Platform, the inbox, the chatbot, the escalation rules and the people who reply. GrowCX, GrowAxis’s customer experience engine, sets it up or takes over what you have, answers in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, in your brand voice and to your KPIs, and reports CSAT and NPS every month. It goes live within 30 days.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …get more questions on WhatsApp than your team can answer on time

  • …answer WhatsApp from one phone and lose track of who replied

  • …have customers who write in Arabic, English or a European language

  • …want a bot for routine questions with a person one step away

02What’s included

What GrowCX runs on WhatsApp

  1. 01

    The WhatsApp set-up

Your number moved to the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta’s business verification completed with you, and message templates written and sent for approval.

  2. 02

    One inbox for every reply

WhatsApp connected to the helpdesk, so each conversation sits next to email and chat, with a history any specialist can read.

  3. 03

    A bot for routine questions

Order status, opening hours and other routine questions answered at once, with a hand-over to a person whenever the customer asks.

  4. 04

    Escalation tiers

What the first reply cannot solve goes to a specialist, and what needs a decision goes to your team, with the case written up.

  5. 05

    Eight languages

English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, in your brand voice.

  6. 06

    Templates and the 24-hour window

Free-form replies inside Meta’s 24-hour window, and approved templates for anything sent after it, so messages arrive and costs stay predictable.

  7. 07

    Quality you can see

CSAT and NPS on WhatsApp, response times and message costs, reviewed with you every month.

03Facts

WhatsApp for customer service: Meta’s rules and prices (November 2026)

How Meta charges
Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per delivered message. When a customer writes, a 24-hour customer service window opens: free-form replies can be sent only while it is open, and only approved templates after it closes.
Service replies
Each business phone number gets 1,000 delivered service messages a month free. Since 1 October 2026 Meta charges from the 1,001st, and unused free messages do not roll over.
AI replies
Replies written by Meta’s Business Agent Platform cost $2.00 per million tokens, which Meta puts at about 4 to 5 US cents a message. Since 15 January 2026 Meta’s terms bar general-purpose AI assistants from the platform; a business bot that serves its own customers is not affected.
A way to a person
WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy (updated 23 September 2026) allows automation inside the 24-hour window but requires prompt, clear and direct escalation paths, such as a transfer to a human agent, a phone number or email.
Opt-in
A business may contact people on WhatsApp only if they gave it their number and opted in to its messages, in a way that meets the laws that apply.
Connecting a helpdesk
Zendesk adds WhatsApp on its Suite plans from Team up. Until Meta approves the business account, Zendesk allows one WhatsApp channel that can message at most 10 users, and a number in use on the WhatsApp Business app must be removed from it first.

05FAQ

WhatsApp customer service outsourcing: what founders ask first.

  • Handing the WhatsApp channel to a team that runs it end to end: the number on the WhatsApp Business Platform, the inbox, the bot, the escalation rules and the replies. With GrowCX it runs in your brand voice and is measured on your CSAT and response times.

  • Meta charges per delivered message. Each number gets 1,000 service replies a month free, and since 1 October 2026 Meta charges from the 1,001st. Messages sent after the 24-hour window must use an approved template, priced on Meta’s rate cards.

  • Yes, for routine questions. Meta’s terms bar general-purpose AI assistants, but a business bot that serves its own customers is not affected, and WhatsApp’s policy requires a clear way to reach a person. GrowCX writes the bot with you and hands the rest to a specialist in the customer’s language.

  • Yes. The number moves from the WhatsApp Business app to the WhatsApp Business Platform so a team can answer it through the helpdesk; Zendesk, for example, needs it removed from the app first. GrowCX plans the move with you so customers keep writing to the same number.

  • Many do. In a poll of 1,000 UAE residents at the end of 2023, 85% wanted businesses to offer support on WhatsApp and 90% preferred human staff to chatbots. GrowCX lets the bot take routine questions and keeps a person one step away.

  • Not as customer service staff. Since 1 August 2021 Saudi Arabia reserves remote customer service jobs at companies operating in the Kingdom, outsourced ones included, for Saudi nationals. For Saudi companies GrowCX sets up the WhatsApp inbox, the helpdesk and the bot for your own team.

  • Yes. WhatsApp’s policy lets a business contact people only if they gave it their number and opted in to its messages. Replies to a customer who wrote first fall inside the 24-hour window; anything later needs an approved template.
