CRM implementation partners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia usually specialise in one or two platforms, such as HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and quote after a discovery call: none of those we checked in October 2026 published a price. Choose the platform first, then a partner that works with it, and check its partner status on the vendor’s own directory.

Who AI Mode named
On 28 October 2026, asked for a “CRM implementation company in Dubai for SMEs” with the location set to the UAE, Google’s AI Mode compared HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and named NEXA, Alif Consulting, Digitalz and Codleo Consulting. The question was asked once, in a signed-in browser that AI Mode personalises, so read the names as a snapshot.
How to choose
- Start from the platform: Zoho is searched more than Odoo, HubSpot or Salesforce in the UAE and Saudi Arabia (Google Trends, twelve months to October 2026), but the right one is the one that fits your sales process and budget.
- Check the partner status on the vendor’s own partner directory, not only on the partner’s site.
- In Saudi Arabia, check how invoices issued from the CRM or ERP meet ZATCA’s e-invoicing rules.
- Plan where leads come from: WhatsApp, the website, campaigns and the phone should all reach the CRM.
What to ask before you sign
- 01Is your partner status listed on the vendor’s own directory?
- 02Who configures the pipeline, and who trains our team, in Arabic and English?
- 03How will WhatsApp and website leads reach the CRM?
- 04Who owns the account and the data?
- 05What does support cost after go-live?
