CRM implementation in the Gulf and Egypt

Odoo partners in Egypt and Saudi Arabia (2026)

Odoo out-searches Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce in Egypt, and its partners in Cairo and Riyadh range from Gold partners with 150 references to smaller certified teams; none published a price in October 2026. Who they are, the tier Odoo lists, and what to ask about e-invoicing.

Odoo was searched more than Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce in Egypt in GrowAxis’s 2026 search study, and Odoo partners in Cairo and Riyadh implement it for sales, stock and accounting. Odoo grades its partners Gold, Silver or Ready on its own directory, which also shows how many client references each one has. None of the partners we checked in October 2026 published a price; Odoo bills its own licences separately.

Odoo or Zoho?

In the same study, Zoho led searches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia while Odoo led in Egypt. Choose by how you run the business: Odoo suits companies that want sales, stock and accounting in one system, and Zoho suits sales teams that mainly live in a CRM.

What implementation costs, and the e-invoicing deadlines

Odoo sells implementation hours with a dedicated consultant: 25 hours for US$1,150, 50 hours for US$2,240, 100 hours for US$4,000 and 200 hours for US$8,000. New customers get 15% off their first pack (US$977.50, US$1,904, US$3,400 and US$6,800). Travel is billed separately.

Odoo’s pricing page says companies with fewer than 50 employees usually work directly with Odoo using Success Packs, companies above 50 employees usually work with a partner, and companies above 250 employees contact Odoo directly. Implementation is not included in any Odoo plan.

The Egyptian Tax Authority says all taxpayers have had to issue electronic tax invoices for goods and services since 15 December 2022, and that from 1 April 2023 only entities that issue e-invoices can deal with the customs system. E-receipts cover sales to consumers, for the taxpayers named in ETA decisions, which the ETA lets you look up.

Odoo’s Egypt localisation supports ETA e-invoicing from Odoo 15.0. You register Odoo as an ERP on the ETA portal, and each person who signs invoices needs a USB key, which the ETA or Egypt Trust can provide.

ZATCA brings taxpayers into Phase 2 (integration with its systems) in waves and notifies each wave at least six months ahead. Wave 24 covered VAT-able revenue above SAR 375,000, with a deadline of 30 June 2026. Wave 25 covers revenue above SAR 187,500, with a deadline of 1 February 2027.
