Zoho partners in Dubai and Riyadh range from Premium partners with offices across the Gulf to IT firms that resell licences; one Saudi partner published implementation ranges of SAR 30,000 to 90,000 for SMEs in October 2026. Who they are, who AI Mode named, and what to ask.

Zoho partners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia implement Zoho CRM, Zoho One and Zoho Books, and most price by scope after a consultation. Of those we checked in October 2026, Raqmiat, in Saudi Arabia, published the clearest ranges: SAR 30,000 to 90,000 for an SMB implementation and from SAR 150,000 for an enterprise deployment. Zoho bills its licences separately. In Dubai, Zoho’s own page offers new customers with a DET trade licence $1,800 in Zoho One credits for the first year; read its terms before you count on it. In Saudi Arabia, ask early how Zoho Books will be set up for ZATCA e-invoicing.

Zoho Books prices and e-invoicing

Zoho’s UAE page lists Zoho Books from Standard at AED 60 a month billed yearly (AED 69 monthly) to Ultimate at AED 660 (AED 799), per organisation. Its e-invoicing add-on gives the first 100 transactions free on Professional and above, then packs from AED 41 per 100.

Businesses in the UAE with annual revenue above AED 50 million must fully implement e-invoicing by 1 January 2027. In May 2026 the Ministry of Finance moved their deadline to appoint an Accredited Service Provider from 31 July to 30 October 2026.

The UAE system covers B2B and B2G transactions. Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027 and start on 1 July 2027; government entities start on 1 October 2027. A voluntary pilot began on 1 July 2026.

ZATCA brings taxpayers into Phase 2 (integration with its systems) in waves and notifies each wave at least six months ahead. Wave 24 covered VAT-able revenue above SAR 375,000, with a deadline of 30 June 2026. Wave 25 covers revenue above SAR 187,500, with a deadline of 1 February 2027.

Who ranks and who AI Mode named

  • On Google, the top results for “zoho partner dubai” on 28 October 2026 were Zoho’s own pages, then Zocoden, Burhani and A&A Associate. For “zoho partner saudi arabia”, Zoho’s partner finder came first, then Zocoden’s Saudi page, Zoho’s Arabic partner page and TeleNoc.
  • Asked for a “Zoho partner in Dubai for a small business” with the location set to the UAE, Google’s AI Mode named Alif Consulting, Al Fahad IT Consulting, Burhani, AGN IT Services and A&A Associate. We found only directory listings for Al Fahad IT Consulting, and nothing we could check for Alif Consulting. Asked for a “Zoho implementation partner in Saudi Arabia”, it named Zocoden, Raqmiat, Shyphan and TeleNoc. Each question was asked once, in a signed-in browser that AI Mode personalises.

About this guide

Partners: each one’s own website, checked on 28 October 2026, for its location, its Zoho work and status and any published price. The DET offer: Zoho’s own page, checked the same day. AI Mode: two questions asked in English on 28 October 2026, with the location set to the UAE and to Saudi Arabia. GrowAxis sets up CRMs, including Zoho, and wrote this guide; the list is not a ranking.

5 more were added on 4 November 2026, each from the company’s own site.

FAQ

What are Zoho partner levels?

Zoho lists Authorized, Advanced and Premium partners; the level follows a partner’s certified consultants and completed projects. Check the level in Zoho’s partner finder, because the ones in this guide are the partners’ own statements.

How much does Zoho cost in Saudi Arabia?

Licences and set-up are priced apart. Sendan Technology lists Zoho One from SAR 135 per employee a month, billed annually; partners quote set-up after scoping.

Do I need a Zoho partner in my own country?

Not always. A local partner helps with VAT, ZATCA or UAE e-invoicing and Arabic set-up; a remote one can cost less. Ask either one to show the tax set-up working for a company like yours.
