Dubai and the UAE · Part of GrowBD

A business development agency for Dubai. Buyers, partners and meetings, run with your team.

A business development agency in Dubai finds who buys, reaches the people who decide and turns the replies into a pipeline your team can close. GrowAxis runs it for startups and SMEs selling in Dubai and across the UAE as part of GrowBD: market research, outreach in English and Arabic, distributor and partner search, closing support and the CRM that holds it all. The team works from Cairo, and every lead stays in your CRM.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …are entering the UAE and need first meetings before an office

  • …need distributors or partners in Dubai, not only end buyers

  • …still have a founder doing all the selling

  • …keep leads in WhatsApp and spreadsheets instead of a CRM

02What’s included

What business development in Dubai includes

  1. 01

    Market and ICP research

Who buys in the UAE, who decides and where to find them, by sector and emirate, written down before any outreach starts.

  2. 02

    Outreach in English and Arabic

Sequences across LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp, tuned against replies and meetings booked.

  3. 03

    Partners and distributors

Possible distributors, resellers and referral partners found and contacted alongside direct buyers.

  4. 04

    Lead qualification

Every lead checked against your ideal customer, so your sellers spend their time on deals that can close.

  5. 05

    Closing support

Proposals, follow-ups and negotiation support, by your sellers or our BD team.

  6. 06

    CRM and pipeline

HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive set up around the process, with every lead and reply logged.

    Calls within the rules

Calls go out from your UAE-registered numbers between 9:00 and 18:00, as the 2024 telemarketing rules require.

05FAQ

Business development agency in Dubai: what founders ask first.

  • It finds the companies most likely to buy, reaches the people who decide, books meetings and helps move them to a deal. A good one also looks for distributors and partners, and keeps every lead in your CRM.

The Agency MENA publishes AED 15,000 for a one-month market-entry sprint and AED 30,000 to 60,000 for six months of sales execution, with commission on top, and DevCommX lists managed SDR teams from $7,500 a month (November 2026). GrowAxis sets the scope and the price after the free 30-minute growth assessment.

  • A first hire gives you one person to recruit, train and manage, and The Bridge Group found new SDRs take 3.0 months on average to ramp. An agency brings the people, the playbooks and the CRM set-up together, and works with the sellers you already have.
