Odoo partners in the UAE: Gold partners, references and what to ask (2026)

Odoo’s own directory listed 122 partners in the UAE on 28 October 2026, nine of them Gold; none of those we checked published a price. Who the Gold partners in Dubai and Sharjah are, their references, who AI Mode named, and what to ask.

By GrowAxis team · · 5 min read

Odoo ranks its partners as Gold, Silver or Ready, and on 4 November 2026 its directory listed 123 partners in the UAE: 8 Gold, 24 Silver and 91 Ready. Each profile shows the partner’s published references, certified experts and customer retention, which makes Odoo easier to compare than most software. None of the partners we checked published a price: Odoo bills its licences separately, and partners quote the implementation after a scoping call. Ask early how the set-up will handle UAE VAT and corporate tax.

What implementation costs, and the e-invoicing deadlines

Odoo sells implementation hours with a dedicated consultant: 25 hours for US$1,150, 50 hours for US$2,240, 100 hours for US$4,000 and 200 hours for US$8,000. New customers get 15% off their first pack (US$977.50, US$1,904, US$3,400 and US$6,800). Travel is billed separately.

Odoo’s pricing page says companies with fewer than 50 employees usually work directly with Odoo using Success Packs, companies above 50 employees usually work with a partner, and companies above 250 employees contact Odoo directly. Implementation is not included in any Odoo plan.

Businesses in the UAE with annual revenue above AED 50 million must fully implement e-invoicing by 1 January 2027. In May 2026 the Ministry of Finance moved their deadline to appoint an Accredited Service Provider from 31 July to 30 October 2026.

The UAE system covers B2B and B2G transactions. Businesses with revenue below AED 50 million must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027 and start on 1 July 2027; government entities start on 1 October 2027. A voluntary pilot began on 1 July 2026.

Who ranks and who AI Mode named

  • On Google, the top results for “odoo partner dubai” on 28 October 2026 were Odoo’s own UAE partner directory, its reseller finder and Plementus UAE’s Odoo profile.
  • Google’s AI Mode, asked for an “Odoo partner in Dubai for an SME”, named OAKLAND, Cognitive Force, Plementus UAE, Kaizen Principles and KENOBIZ. The question was asked once, in a signed-in browser that AI Mode personalises, so read it as a snapshot.
