Customer service for marketplace sellers. Run from Cairo by GrowCX.

Marketplace customer service outsourcing means handing buyer messages on bol.com, Amazon and other marketplaces to a team that answers them within each marketplace’s deadline. GrowCX, GrowAxis’s customer experience engine, runs it from Cairo: the helpdesk connected to each seller account, the macros for orders, delivery and returns, the escalation rules and the specialists who reply in German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or English, in your brand voice and to your KPIs. At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist costs about $1,910 a month, all in, in German, $2,000 in Spanish and $2,280 in French.

  • …sell on bol.com, Amazon or several European marketplaces at once

  • …miss response deadlines at weekends or in peak season

  • bol.com expects 90% of customer questions handled within 24 hours, not counting weekends and Dutch or Belgian public holidays. eDesk’s guide reports that Amazon expects a reply to every buyer message within 24 hours, weekends and holidays included. GrowCX plans shifts around each rule.

  • At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist in Cairo costs from about $1,910 a month in German, $2,000 in Spanish, $2,280 in French and $1,520 in English, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management. Dutch and Italian are priced per role. For comparison, Influx lists managed agents from $2,000 a month.

  • Yes. Dutch is one of GrowCX’s eight working languages. There is no published median pay for Dutch support in Egypt, so the cost is set when the role is agreed, and you interview the specialist in Dutch before they start.

  • Yes. Weekend and evening shifts are agreed at the start, and specialists are added before peak season. Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam for most of the year, so a normal Cairo day covers the European working day.

  • It can. Egypt has no EU adequacy decision, so the contract adds a safeguard such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Agree where the helpdesk and its data are hosted before go-live.

  • Yes. GrowCX connects your seller accounts to the helpdesk with access you grant, and you can withdraw that access at any time. The macros, help content and reports stay yours too.
