German, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish support. Run from Cairo by GrowCX.
GrowCX, GrowAxis’s customer experience engine, runs your support in German, French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish from Cairo: the helpdesk and chatbot in each language, the escalation tiers and the specialists who answer your customers, in your brand voice, from one person or a small pod. Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam for most of the year, so the team works your day. At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a German-speaking specialist costs about $1,910 a month, all in, a Spanish-speaking one about $2,000 and a French-speaking one about $2,280.

Some 4,000 pupils attend six German schools abroad in Egypt, 28 more Egyptian schools belong to the partner-school network, and about 19,000 people study German or German teaching at 36 Egyptian universities. 06FAQ
European-language customer support from Egypt: what founders ask first.
Yes. German made up 23% of call-centre language openings at ITIDA’s job fairs from October 2023 to March 2024, French 14% and Italian 13%. You interview each specialist in the language before they start.
At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a German-speaking specialist in Cairo costs about $1,910 a month, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management; Spanish about $2,000 and French about $2,280. Dutch and Italian are priced per role.
Yours. Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and Rome for most of the year, so a normal Cairo day covers the European business day. Evening and weekend shifts are agreed at the start.
It can be. Egypt has no EU adequacy decision, so the contract adds a safeguard such as the Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and Egypt’s data protection law, Law 151 of 2020, applies to the team’s side.
Yes. Start with one specialist in one language, or with overflow only, and add languages as volume grows.
Yes, priced per role: there is no published median pay for Dutch or Italian support in Egypt, so the cost is set when the role is agreed.
Yes. About 420,000 people in Egypt are learning German, according to Germany’s Foreign Office, and Egypt is a full member of the Francophonie. GrowCX runs German- and French-language support from Cairo, with specialists employed by GrowAxis, in your brand voice.
Usually one hour. Cairo is on UTC+2 in winter and UTC+3 in summer, one hour ahead of Central European Time, but the clocks change on different dates, so for about four weeks in spring both show the same time. Shifts in Cairo can cover the whole European working day.
