Arabic and English customer support. Run end to end by GrowCX.
GrowCX, GrowAxis’s customer experience engine, runs your Arabic and English support from Cairo: the helpdesk and WhatsApp inbox, the chatbot, the escalation rules and the bilingual specialists, in your brand voice, from one person or a small pod. They serve customers in the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan, and for companies abroad that sell into the Arab world, and go live within 30 days. At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist with native Arabic and fluent English costs about $1,520 a month, all in.

- Since 1 August 2021, remote customer service jobs at companies operating in the Kingdom, by phone, email, chat or social media and outsourced ones included, are reserved for Saudi nationals.
- Arabic speakers
- Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, used daily by more than 500 million people.
- WhatsApp for customer support in the UAE
- In a poll of 1,000 UAE residents at the end of 2023, 85% wanted businesses to offer customer support on WhatsApp and 90% preferred dealing with human customer service staff over chatbots or generative AI. Nearly two-thirds had used WhatsApp to contact businesses, against 55% who called a call centre and 48% who emailed.

- Zoho Desk in Arabic
- Zoho Desk lists Arabic among the supported languages for its Help Center.

- Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection has applied since 2 January 2022. It covers processing inside or outside the country and sets requirements for transferring personal data across borders. 04How it’s installed
Installed with your team. Live within 30 days.
It runs inside GrowCX and goes live within 30 days. We set up the Arabic macros, escalation rules and brand voice with you, put forward specialists you interview, and they start in the GrowCX operation. For Saudi companies, GrowCX installs the helpdesk, the AI and the workflows but does not staff the customer service, because the Kingdom reserves those jobs for Saudi nationals.

05FAQ
Arabic customer support outsourcing: what founders ask first.
At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a specialist with native Arabic and fluent English costs about $1,520 a month in Cairo, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management.
Not as remote customer service. Since 1 August 2021, Saudi Arabia reserves remote customer service jobs at companies operating in the Kingdom, outsourced ones included, for Saudi nationals. For Saudi companies GrowCX installs the helpdesk, the AI and the workflows, and the team in Cairo takes IT, software and data work, which the rule does not cover.
Modern Standard Arabic, or a lighter spoken tone where your brand uses one, agreed with you in the brand voice guide before the first ticket.
Yes. GrowCX connects your WhatsApp Business number to the helpdesk, and the team answers there alongside email, chat and social messages.
Yes. Start with one bilingual specialist, or with overflow only, and add people as volume grows.
Zendesk lists Arabic for its agent interface, help center and chat, and Zoho Desk lists it for its Help Center. Freshdesk’s help widget does not support right-to-left languages, and HubSpot offers Arabic for content but not as an interface language. GrowCX sets up a helpdesk that handles Arabic, or tests right-to-left text in the one you already use before go-live.
In the UAE, 85% of residents polled at the end of 2023 wanted businesses to offer support on WhatsApp, and 90% preferred a person to a chatbot. GrowCX answers WhatsApp conversations in the same helpdesk as email and chat, so each reply is logged.
The UAE’s personal data law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, has applied since 2 January 2022 and sets requirements for transferring personal data abroad; the DIFC has its own law. Agree where the helpdesk and its data are hosted, and the transfer terms, with your legal adviser before go-live.
