An outsourced sales team for companies in Egypt. People, tools and playbooks included.

GrowAxis gives companies in Egypt an outsourced sales team, run as a pod from Cairo: SDRs who research your accounts, reach them in Arabic and English and book meetings for your sellers, with a pod lead and the sales stack set up. The pod works from Cairo, in your own time zone, for the whole working day. In Egypt, electronic marketing needs prior consent, with no exception for businesses, and a licence since November 2026.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …need meetings with the right accounts every week

  • …can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough

  • …want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one

04How it’s installed

Your pipeline, run by a pod.

First we agree your customer profile, the offer and the outreach rules of your market, and set up the CRM, the sending domains and the data. The pod then researches, writes and reaches out, the pod lead reviews the results with you every week, and your sellers take the meetings.

  1. Discovery call
  2. Customer profile and offer agreed
  3. Stack set up
  4. Outreach live
  5. Reviewed every week

05FAQ

Outsourced sales team for Egypt: what founders ask first.

  • A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you. It is also sold as SDR as a service.

  • Only with consent. Law 151 of 2020 bans direct-marketing messages without prior consent, for businesses too, so the pod builds consent first, through introductions, replies on LinkedIn and people who reach out, records it, and only then adds anyone to a sequence.

  • Your sellers. The pod researches, reaches out and books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.

  • The pod works from Cairo, in your own time zone, for the whole working day.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.

  • No. It runs on its own in your CRM. Inside GrowBD it also gets the full business development system: pipeline design, lead scoring, forecasting and the team that runs it with yours.
