An outsourced sales team for companies in Saudi Arabia. People, tools and playbooks included.

GrowAxis gives companies in Saudi Arabia an outsourced sales team, run as a pod from Cairo: SDRs who research your accounts, reach them in Arabic and English and book meetings for your sellers, with a pod lead and the sales stack set up. Cairo is one hour behind Riyadh in winter and on the same time from late April to late October, so the working day overlaps by seven to eight hours. In Saudi Arabia, direct marketing needs consent where there was no prior interaction, and WhatsApp is the channel almost everyone uses.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …need meetings with the right accounts every week

  • …can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough

  • …want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one

02What’s included

What comes with a sales pod

  1. 01

    SDRs

Account research, outreach and calls in Arabic and English, booking meetings into your sellers’ calendars.

  2. 02

    A pod lead

Plans the week, reviews every sequence and call list, and reports to you.

  3. 03

    Your CRM, set up

HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with the stages and fields a forecast needs.

  4. 04

    Sending set-up

Separate sending domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed, so outreach stays off your main domain.

  5. 05

    Data and research

Account and contact lists built to your customer profile, checked before anyone is contacted.

  6. 06

    Playbooks and reports

Messages, call scripts and objection notes, and a weekly report on replies, meetings and pipeline.

03Rules

Outreach in Saudi Arabia: the rules and the hours

Direct marketing
Under the data protection law’s implementing regulations, advertising and direct marketing need consent and an easy way to stop. Article 28 now asks for consent where there was no prior interaction; draft amendments, open for comment until 5 November 2026, would tighten it.
Electronic messages
CST Decision 395/1439 treats email, SMS, MMS and fax without an opt-out as spam.
Channels
WhatsApp is used by 90.9% of people in Saudi Arabia (CST, Saudi Internet 2023); LinkedIn’s ad reach is 48.0% of adults (DataReportal, 2026).
Hours
Cairo is one hour behind Riyadh in winter and on the same time from late April to late October, so the working day overlaps by seven to eight hours.

04How it’s installed

Your pipeline, run by a pod.

First we agree your customer profile, the offer and the outreach rules of your market, and set up the CRM, the sending domains and the data. The pod then researches, writes and reaches out, the pod lead reviews the results with you every week, and your sellers take the meetings.

  1. Discovery call
  2. Customer profile and offer agreed
  3. Stack set up
  4. Outreach live
  5. Reviewed every week

05FAQ

Outsourced sales team for Saudi Arabia: what founders ask first.

  • A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you. It is also sold as SDR as a service.

  • Within the data protection law. Direct marketing needs consent where there was no prior interaction, and every electronic message needs an opt-out, so the pod builds consent first, through introductions, replies on LinkedIn and people who reach out, records it, and only then adds anyone to a sequence.

  • Your sellers. The pod researches, reaches out and books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.

  • Cairo is one hour behind Riyadh in winter and on the same time from late April to late October, so the working day overlaps by seven to eight hours.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.

  • No. It runs on its own in your CRM. Inside GrowBD it also gets the full business development system: pipeline design, lead scoring, forecasting and the team that runs it with yours.
