06FAQ

BPO in Egypt for small companies: what founders ask first.

  • Business process outsourcing: handing a repeatable process, such as customer support, order processing or data entry, to an outside team that runs it for you.

  • Not for a team this size. Large BPOs often want 50 seats or more; a GrowAxis team starts at one person in your own tools.

  • At GrowAxis’s 2026 rates, a support specialist costs about $1,520 a month for fluent English and $1,910 to $2,280 for German, Spanish or French; a data analyst about $2,340, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management.

  • Not as remote customer service for a Saudi company: Saudi rules reserve those jobs, outsourced ones included, for Saudi nationals. IT, software and data work for Saudi companies can run from Cairo.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the team in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.

  • No. The team runs on its own in your tools. Inside GrowCX it also gets the customer experience system around it: service design, retention and reporting.

  • Yes, if the hours are agreed at the start. Egyptian law adds at least 35% for daytime overtime and 70% at night, pays double for work on official holidays and requires a paid weekly rest of 24 hours, so the schedule sets the cost.

  • GrowAxis teams work in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Large providers in Egypt serve in up to 13 or 16 languages.

  • Seventh in the Offshore CX Confidence Index 2025, with 80.9%; India was first with 93.9%. Egypt’s offshoring exports reached about $5.2 billion, ITIDA said in August 2026.

  • Most work done on a screen in your systems: orders, document checks, data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations and reports. Egyptian teams already manage financial and accounting operations, HR and complex data processing, ITIDA said in August 2026.

  • Yes. Labour Law 14 of 2025 recognises remote work, with the same rights as office work, social protection and the minimum wage included (Articles 96 and 97), under a written contract, paper or electronic (Article 99). GrowAxis employs the team and handles the equipment.

  • The team works only in the systems you open to it, under logins you control. Egyptian law obliges employees to keep work information confidential (Article 134 of Labour Law 14 of 2025), and disclosing trade secrets that cause substantial harm is listed as serious misconduct for which an employee can be dismissed (Article 148).

  • It depends on who owns the operation. GrowCX runs it end to end: it sets up the helpdesk, chatbot and workflows, or takes over the ones you already have, so your customer history, macros and reports stay in one place and keep running if the team changes.
