Pods · Sales
An outsourced sales team for Canadian companies. People, tools and playbooks included.
GrowAxis gives Canadian companies an outsourced sales team, run as a pod from Cairo: SDRs who research your accounts, reach them in English and French and book meetings for your sellers, with a pod lead and the sales stack set up. Cairo is 7 hours ahead of Toronto and Montréal for most of the year, so a 13:00 to 21:00 Cairo shift covers 9:00 to 14:00 Eastern. In Canada, CASL allows B2B email without express consent only to conspicuously published addresses, about the person’s role.
01Who it’s for
Built for founders who…
…need meetings with the right accounts every week
…can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough
…want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one
02What’s included
What comes with a sales pod
- 01
SDRs
Account research, outreach and calls in English and French, booking meetings into your sellers’ calendars.
- 02
A pod lead
Plans the week, reviews every sequence and call list, and reports to you.
- 03
Your CRM, set up
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with the stages and fields a forecast needs.

Playbooks and reports
Messages, call scripts and objection notes, and a weekly report on replies, meetings and pipeline.

Outsourced sales team for Canada: what founders ask first.
A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you. It is also sold as SDR as a service.
Within CASL. Without express consent, the pod emails only addresses that were conspicuously published with no refusal, about the person’s role, and every message names you and offers an unsubscribe. Quebec buyers are approached in French.
Your sellers. The pod researches, reaches out and books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.
