Pods · Sales
An outsourced sales team for German companies. People, tools and playbooks included.
GrowAxis gives German companies an outsourced sales team, run as a pod from Cairo: SDRs who research your accounts, reach them in German and English and book meetings for your sellers, with a pod lead and the sales stack set up. Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours. In Germany, advertising email needs prior consent even between businesses, and calls need at least presumed consent.
01Who it’s for
Built for founders who…
…need meetings with the right accounts every week
…can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough
…want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one
02What’s included
What comes with a sales pod
- 01
SDRs
Account research, outreach and calls in German and English, booking meetings into your sellers’ calendars.
- 02
A pod lead
Plans the week, reviews every sequence and call list, and reports to you.
- 03
Your CRM, set up
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with the stages and fields a forecast needs.
- 04
Sending set-up
Separate sending domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed, so outreach stays off your main domain.
- 05
Data and research
Account and contact lists built to your customer profile, checked before anyone is contacted.
- 06
Playbooks and reports
Messages, call scripts and objection notes, and a weekly report on replies, meetings and pipeline.

03Rules
Outreach in Germany: the rules and the hours
- Advertising email needs prior express consent, with no exception for business recipients (UWG section 7(2) No. 2). Existing customers may be emailed about your own similar products if they were told they can object (section 7(3)).
- Calls
- Calls to businesses need at least presumed consent (section 7(2) No. 1), judged on the circumstances before the call; the IHK Köln notes that a relevant offer is not enough on its own.
- Channels
- LinkedIn’s ad reach is 34.3% of adults in Germany (DataReportal, 2026).
- Hours
- Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours.
- Languages
- German and English

First we agree your customer profile, the offer and the outreach rules of your market, and set up the CRM, the sending domains and the data. The pod then researches, writes and reaches out, the pod lead reviews the results with you every week, and your sellers take the meetings.

05FAQ
Outsourced sales team for Germany: what founders ask first.
A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you. It is also sold as SDR as a service.
Within narrow limits. Advertising email needs prior consent even between businesses (UWG section 7), and business calls need at least presumed consent, judged case by case. The pod works through LinkedIn, consented lists and calls where a concrete interest can be shown.
Your sellers. The pod researches, reaches out and books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.
Cairo is one hour ahead of Berlin for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours.
No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.
No. It runs on its own in your CRM. Inside GrowBD it also gets the full business development system: pipeline design, lead scoring, forecasting and the team that runs it with yours.
