An outsourced sales team for Dutch and Belgian companies. People, tools and playbooks included.

GrowAxis gives Dutch and Belgian companies an outsourced sales team, run as a pod from Cairo: SDRs who research your accounts, reach them in Dutch, French and English and book meetings for your sellers, with a pod lead and the sales stack set up. Cairo is one hour ahead of Amsterdam and Brussels for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours. In the Netherlands commercial email needs consent unless the address was published for it; in Belgium named addresses need opt-in.

01Who it’s for

Built for founders who…

  • …need meetings with the right accounts every week

  • …can’t hire and train SDRs fast enough

  • …want the outreach tools set up properly, not bought one by one

02What’s included

What comes with a sales pod

  1. 01

    SDRs

Account research, outreach and calls in Dutch, French and English, booking meetings into your sellers’ calendars.

  2. 02

    A pod lead

Plans the week, reviews every sequence and call list, and reports to you.

  3. 03

    Your CRM, set up

HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or Pipedrive, with the stages and fields a forecast needs.

  4. 04

    Sending set-up

Separate sending domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed, so outreach stays off your main domain.

  5. 05

    Data and research

Account and contact lists built to your customer profile, checked before anyone is contacted.

  6. 06

    Playbooks and reports

Messages, call scripts and objection notes, and a weekly report on replies, meetings and pipeline.

03Rules

Outreach in the Netherlands and Belgium: the rules and the hours

Netherlands, email
Commercial email needs prior consent, from businesses too, unless you use contact details the business designated and published for such messages (Telecommunications Act, article 11.7). Every message names the real sender and a valid address.
Netherlands, calls
Since 1 July 2026 calls need consent for consumers and for sole traders and partnerships (zzp, vof), says the ACM.
Belgium, email
Email needs opt-in, except to legal persons at impersonal addresses such as info@ (Royal Decree of 4 April 2003); fines reach EUR 300,000.
Belgium, calls
Calls are opt-out: numbers are checked against the Do Not Call Me list, which covers business numbers too.
Channels
LinkedIn’s ad reach is 93.1% of adults in the Netherlands and 65.3% in Belgium (DataReportal, 2026).
Hours
Cairo is one hour ahead of Amsterdam and Brussels for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours.
Languages
Dutch, French and English

04How it’s installed

Your pipeline, run by a pod.

First we agree your customer profile, the offer and the outreach rules of your market, and set up the CRM, the sending domains and the data. The pod then researches, writes and reaches out, the pod lead reviews the results with you every week, and your sellers take the meetings.

  1. Discovery call
  2. Customer profile and offer agreed
  3. Stack set up
  4. Outreach live
  5. Reviewed every week

05FAQ

Outsourced sales team for the Netherlands and Belgium: what founders ask first.

  • A small outsourced team that fills your pipeline: SDRs who research accounts, reach out and book meetings, with a pod lead and the tools already set up, working only for you. It is also sold as SDR as a service.

  • Within limits. Dutch law allows commercial email to a business only at addresses it published for such messages, or with consent; Belgian law allows email to impersonal company addresses such as info@ and asks for opt-in elsewhere. The pod works from published and generic addresses, LinkedIn and calls checked against the Do Not Call Me list.

  • Your sellers. The pod researches, reaches out and books qualified meetings; closing stays with your team, or with GrowBD’s team when you run the full engine.

  • Cairo is one hour ahead of Amsterdam and Brussels for most of the year, so the working day overlaps by about seven hours.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the pod in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.

  • No. It runs on its own in your CRM. Inside GrowBD it also gets the full business development system: pipeline design, lead scoring, forecasting and the team that runs it with yours.
