06FAQ

Accounting outsourcing in Egypt: what founders ask first.

  • It is priced per role at GrowAxis’s 2026 all-in rates, from $1,500 a person a month: pay, social insurance, equipment and management. We price your team on the call.

  • Yours: Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP or another, with the access you set. Your books stay in your system.

  • Yes. GrowAxis prepares and files the returns on the calendar we agree, from the books it keeps. The statutory audit is signed by an independent licensed auditor, as the law requires; GrowAxis prepares the audit file and works with your auditor.

  • You set the rules and GrowAxis runs them. The team prepares supplier invoices and payment runs, and releases payments within the approval limits you set; anything above them comes to you first.

  • Egypt’s standard VAT is 14%, but services rendered remotely from Egypt to businesses abroad are zero-rated under Instruction 45 of 2025, with a signed contract, e-invoices and proof of payment (PwC, reviewed 17 August 2026).

  • By planning the close calendar at the start. Egyptian law allows up to 8 hours a day and 48 a week, and overtime is paid at least 35% extra by day and 70% by night, so a busy close is planned into the team’s hours and cost.

  • No. GrowAxis employs the team in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.
