06FAQ
Data entry outsourcing in Egypt: what founders ask first.
It depends on the language, the volume and how much checking the work needs. For reference, at GrowAxis’s 2026 rates a support specialist with fluent English costs about $1,520 a month and a junior data analyst about $1,500, all in: pay, social insurance, equipment and management.
Yes. The team keys and checks data in English and Arabic, and in French, German or Spanish where you need it.
Each field has a written rule. A share of every batch is checked again by a second person, errors are logged by type, and the error rate is reviewed with you every month.
Part of it. Where documents follow a pattern, such as invoices from regular suppliers, AI reads them first and the team checks what it is unsure of. Handwriting, unusual layouts and judgement calls stay with people.
The team works only in the systems you open to it, under logins you control and can remove. Egyptian law obliges employees to keep work information confidential (Article 134 of Labour Law 14 of 2025). For personal data from the EU, the contract sets the safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Check each role first. Since 5 April 2026, Saudi Arabia reserves 69 professions, data entry among their fields, for Saudi nationals at establishments in the Kingdom employing one worker or more. The decision does not address work done by a provider abroad, so each role is checked before it moves.
No. GrowAxis employs the team in Egypt under its Labour Law 14 of 2025, so you need no entity, bank account or payroll there.
